Charles Monroe Schulz passed away exactly one day before the very last Sunday strip and the last comic strip from Peanuts, ever. It seems God had planned that way.

Schulz’s middle name Monroe is the same name as the last name of Marilyn Monroe. Schulz died on Lincoln’s birthday and the Lincoln part is Marilyn Monroe’s hero.
