Kitty O’Neill Collins was from Kinsale Co, Cork Ireland, daughter of James & Bridgit O’Neill, Knockduff House Kinsale Co. Cork and sister to the late Eamonn O’Neill TD Ireland. \ She was also mother of the infamous Jean Kerr author of Please Dont Eat the Daiseys and Penny Candy. She lived in Scranton PA at 1115 Electric St.
